How can I lock in my lot as fast as possible?
$10,000.00 will reserve the lot for two weeks, while you work to develop a set of drawings for Power Built Construction to bid. We will price out your new home. Upon agreement, the deposit will be applied to the construction contract. If no agreement occurs, the money will be refunded.

What is included in the price of the lot?
A Boundary Survey and all of the engineering necessary to build your home.
Can I install my own underground utilities?
The installation of underground utilities is along the critical path of the home’s construction. As such, this task must be performed be qualified contractors under the advisory of Power Built Homes.
Can I get a discount if I purchase two lots?
Each lot is considered a separate contract. Power Built Homes is unable to discount the lot sales prices. We can guarantee the prices through year end however.

Power Built builds in Lake, Geauga and Eastern Cuyahoga counties.
Can I build two homes on one lot?
Most home sites are set for one single family homes with a maximum of one home on each lot. Provided the design of the home is accepted by the HOA, one home spanning two lots may be allowable.
